Can I replace my current torn/dirty awning canopies with new ones without having to buy a whole new awning?

Yes, Awnlux offers a variety of patio and slide out canopy replacements. will fit to different brand awnings, like carefree, dometic, lippert ect. 

I do not see my fabric color on your Web site, can I still match my color?

How do I order?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for web orders.

 What happens after I place my order?

Once you complete your transaction, Awnlux will process the order and you will receive confirmation along with an invoice for the product you've purchased. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order.

How much is shipping?

Awnlux Provides absolutely free shipping for orders over $100 to any destination within the continental United States. 

If you have any special requirements, please email us admin@awnlux.com, we can ship from China directly by FEDEX express, you may receive it around 5-7 days. 

How do I track my order?

If you created an account when you placed your order, simply log into your account that you registered prior or during the checkout process to see the most current status of your order. If you placed an order as a guest, without an account, you will not be able to see any information pertaining to your order. No need to worry, we will provide tracking information via email for all shipments within 24 hours of shipment.

What happens if my product is damaged during shipment?

We apologize if this is the case. Please note that it is your responsibility to inspect the shipment and shipping containers for damage on all merchandise received and note damage on the delivery receipt.
