Refund policy


Awnlux have thousands products in warehouse. Since the rv awning and rv awning fabric size is special, many customer mixed it. We will confirm size with you when we received your orders to insure you get a correct products.

We process orders between Monday to Friday, All rv awnings or parts will be shipped out within 2 working days after confirmed.

To USA

Free shipping for all orders, will be shipped by DHL ,FEDEX or UPS express. 

Transport time is around 3-6 days.

NOTE: If you don’t receive our Customer Service team’s response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekend), please check your Contact email’s Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.

  • Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
  • Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
  • Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service. If your are not at home or not available to collect the goods, please kindly inform us in advance, we will help you to inform with the express.
  • Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.

60 Days Return

We can support 60-days return after the delivery date to the shipping address. as below reason

  1. Not Satisfied with Your Order
  2. Your ordered a wrong size                                                                                  
  1.  Contact us at admin@awnlux.com for a return, Please kindly advise your reason to return and attached your item packing picture
  2.  Our after-sales service department will reply you within 1-2 working days. 
  3.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  4. After goods received, our warehouse will do the inspect within 2 working days.
  5. Once the fabric in good condition after inspection, we will arrange the refund within 3 working days.
  6. Refund will be issued after parcel been returned back to the warehouse. Meanwhile, if it is customer reason for return (not the product quality problem), we will charge related return fees. It is required by warehouse and express, not ours.
  • Notes, 
  1. To be eligible for a return, your must keep the item package in the same condition that you received, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Please note that products that have been assembled or used are not eligible for return. To ensure the quality and safety of our products, all returned items must be in brand-new, unused, and unassembled condition, with original packaging intact.
  3. For warranty claims are not related to product quality, the buyer should be responsible for the shipping cost
  4. For warranty claims that are not related to product quality, we will refund the corresponding cost of the product only.
  5. If the returned products does not meet the requirement above, the return maybe rejected

Refund requests for the 60-day return policy expire 60 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality-related issues with
expired warranties, returns will not be processed .

Awnlux Reason for return 

  • Wrong item

 We make item size lable on the package, Please inspect the item package when you received the goods.

If you receive the wrong item, please kindly email admin@awnlux.com to us with pictures, then we will evaluate and exchange for you soon.

  • Damaged Package

All item transport by international express, if you find the package is damaged or defective when you receive it, Please kindly take photo and send us by mail at admin@awnlux.com. we will evaluate and exchange for you soon.

  • Damaged Items or Low Quality 

If the product is defective, please kindly email us to admin@awnlux.com . For the fastest resolution, please contact us including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

We’ll reply you 1-2 working days. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    If you are cancelling your order which has not yet to be shipped out, please kindly contact us via admin@awnlux.com  For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks!

    1. Cancelling Shipped-out Order

    If you are canceling orders when your parcel has already been shipped out or on its way to destination, please contact us and then kindly refuse to accept the parcel since we are not able to call it back at that time. we will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs and restocking fee. Refund will be issued after parcel been returned back to the warehouse. Meanwhile, if it is customer reason for return (not the product quality problem), we will charge related return fees. It is required by warehouse and express, not ours.
