60 Days Return
We can support a 60-day return after the delivery date to the shipping address. As below reason
- Not satisfied with your order.
- You've ordered the wrong size.
- Contact us at admin@awnlux.com for a return, Please kindly advise your reason for returning and attach your item packing picture
- Our after-sale service department will reply to you within 1-2 working days.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- After the goods are received, our warehouse will inspect within 2 working days.
- Once the fabric is in good condition after inspection, we will arrange the refund within 3 working days.
- A refund will be issued after the parcel has been returned to the warehouse. Meanwhile, if it is the customer's reason for return (not the product quality problem), we will charge related return fees. It is required by the warehouse and express, not ours.
- Notes:
- To be eligible for a return, you must keep the item package in the same condition that you received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For warranty claims that are not related to product quality, the buyer should be responsible for the shipping cost
- For warranty claims that are not related to product quality, we will refund the full cost of the product.
- If the returned products do not meet the requirement above, the return may be rejected
Refund requests for the 60-day return policy expire 60 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality-related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.
Awnlux Reasons for return
- Wrong item
We make item size labels on the package, Please inspect the item package when you receive the goods.
If you receive the wrong item, please kindly email admin@awnlux.com us with pictures, and then we will evaluate and exchange them for you soon.
- Damaged Package
All items are transported by international express, if you find the package is damaged or defective when you receive it, Please kindly take a photo and send us by mail at admin@awnlux.com. We will evaluate and exchange it for you soon.
- Damaged Items or Quality
If the product is defective, please kindly email us at admin@awnlux.com. For the fastest resolution, please contact us including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error displayed.
We’ll reply to you in 1-2 working days. We will use this information to help you with your order and eliminate errors in the future.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Cancelling Unshipped-out Orders
If you are cancelling your order which has not yet been shipped out, please kindly contact us via admin@awnlux.com For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks!
- Cancelling Shipped-out Order
If you are canceling orders when your parcel has already been shipped out or is on its way to the destination, please contact us and then kindly refuse to accept the parcel since we are not able to call it back at that time. We will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs and restocking fees. A refund will be issued as soon as the parcel begins to return. Meanwhile, if it is the customer's reason for return (not the product quality problem), we will charge related return fees. It is required by the warehouse and express, not ours.

"Awnlux" Promises 1 Year warranty for all products, the warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover Damage caused by accident, or personal reason for damage.
