As long as you have a professional instal it, you are good. Remember to install, you will end up spending another $200-$400.
Delivery was really good. I have a very tiny tear on there but now that is already installed, I don't want to deal with it

Got to off the tippers installed in a little over an hour. The trailer already had the slide rails installed so we did not have to install Awnlux’s slide rails. Only complaint is the screws that came with the awnings are cheap. Had 3 of them snap the heads off even though I was going slow with them. I have no way of removing the screws with the broken heads now. The instructions for the most part are accurate. It would be helpful to list that it is important to make sure that the awning is the same distance from slide out box on both ends. 1 end after installing was slightly off and had to be adjusted.
We finally had an opportunity to take the trailer out camping with the new slide out toppers. We have a big storm move through. The slide out toppers held well in the rain and wind. Very little movement in the wind. The longer slide out toppers held well did hold water due to the amount of rain that fell. We brought the slide in about 1/2 way and the water dumped quickly off of the slide out topper. The roof of the slide out was dry. After dumping the water, the slide out topper went back to being tight.

We did have one of the poly cords snap when installing it in the slide rail. Contacting customer service and the immediately sent out another set of poly cords.
These toppers are worth the cost. They are well made and I think better than the big box brands. I would recommend these if you are interested in protecting the roof of the slide out.

Set up was easy to follow and took 2-3 people to do. The material was high quality. The hardest part was inserting the poly tube into the loop of the fabric to lock it into the rail and roller. Ended up using a fish tape to pull it through. Overall, great product.

After ordering our slide awning, the company sent an email acknowledging my order and verifying my measurements. It was not automated and I was very impressed that the sales representative made absolutely sure that I was getting the correct size. She then also advised when it shipped and gave me a Fedex tracking number so that I could follow it's delivery. Because of the item cost, a signature was required to ensure it arrived to the correct destination. We had our awning delivered in about a week. The awning itself was fairly easy to install and we are completely pleased with the results. No more climbing up to remove debris before breaking down camp. I would recommend Awnlux to anyone needing an awning.

Very good product, I installed two of your slide out awnings over the weekend everything went well but I do recommend having help when doing it

I ordered it last fall but with the Michigan weather I just installed it. Good quality for the money. You have to know what to do to install it yourself.

I received my 12.5’ black awning 2days earlier than expected, and was able to follow the simple instructions and install it by my self it about 2hours. Was surprised at how beautiful it turned out!

I bought this center pole for my awning and in my instance it's the middle support for an awning that covers my hot tub in my back yard. without the center pole, rain and snow cause a large rain collection mid awning that stresses the fabric. After trying a few home made products, I order this Awnlux support and it both looks and works great...water puddling solved!

The materials all seem very good. Having the fabric folded twice (different directions) left serious kinks/creases in the fabric. I had to open the fabric up in a very warm shop and use flat pieces of wood with weights to "iron" them out. The finished product is great! The instructions were a B-/C+.

I had them installed and they had never seen ones like this before and were skeptical how good they were. When I picked up my RV they told me they were very impressed.

All parts were in the box. Easy to install. Works as should. Will be ordering 2 more for the other 2 slides on my camper.

Was able to install it by myself without help just use a little common sense when doing it. I think the adjustment rods in the kit need to be a little longer and let the customer cut them down to size would be a big plus. Other than that I think they are awesome.

The awning came quickly, and is well built.

The quality is right and everything works well!

My wife and I installed this awning on a 2005 Cardinal 5th wheel in about 4 hours. I watched the video to get tips, and then used the instructions that came with the awning. Everything was reasonably clear and we did not encounter any issues with the installation. The quality of the parts and fabric were good, with the exception of the strap and pull hook - they were a little disappointing. Actually the pull hook went straight into the garbage. But luckily we were replacing a damaged awning and still had the pull hook from that awning.
The only other thing that I would point out is the placement of the retaining clip (when awning is retracted). It requires a ladder to reach. The factory awning had the retaining clip much lower on the bar, allowing for the awning to be extended without the need of a ladder or step stool. You can see this in the pictures.
