I found my roller didn’t realize it was in three pieces. Thought it would be one piece. Awning looks great very simple to install.
I renewed my camper and the new awning is just beautiful!!

The quality is right and everything works well!
My wife and I installed this awning on a 2005 Cardinal 5th wheel in about 4 hours. I watched the video to get tips, and then used the instructions that came with the awning. Everything was reasonably clear and we did not encounter any issues with the installation. The quality of the parts and fabric were good, with the exception of the strap and pull hook - they were a little disappointing. Actually the pull hook went straight into the garbage. But luckily we were replacing a damaged awning and still had the pull hook from that awning.
The only other thing that I would point out is the placement of the retaining clip (when awning is retracted). It requires a ladder to reach. The factory awning had the retaining clip much lower on the bar, allowing for the awning to be extended without the need of a ladder or step stool. You can see this in the pictures.
The materials were all there, and they looked like they were in good shape. We got it installed in a few hours. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because not all the instructions were easy to understand. It would have been advantageous for them to hire a native English speaker to help write the instructions. As it is, we had to guess on a few things they were saying. Watch the video in addition to reading the instructions. The instructions said to attach the awning to the roller part first. The video said to attach the awning fabric to the RV first. Attaching it to the RV first would have been a LOT easier, but I didn't have room where the RV was parked. Installation definitely requires at least two people who can lift fairly heavy things. It's installed now, it's solid, and it's beautiful. I like how it is high enough on the RV that my door doesn't touch it like my old one did.
