AWNLUX RV Patio Manual Awning - Black Frame

I like the quality of the awning. I received the order in a couple of days. The fabric arrived one day and the rest the next. All the parts were in the boxes , no missing parts. My biggest complaint is the directions. I watched several videos which were not a lot better than the written directions. You can tell the directions were written by someone outside of the US. It seems that they started pre-tensioning the roller, but the directions are not clear on the difference between the video they produced and the directions. On the video it shows you how to put the tension on the springs , the directions say it’s already done for you. I still had to add more tension, but I was afraid to over do it , so I had to do it two times. I added a total of 5 turns to each side. Before they started pre-tensioning them it said to do 15 turns. So they might as well not done it at all. It didn’t help me at all.
But once I got it up and adjusted, it seems to work well with one exception. Once it is up, I have to lift up on the rails/tracts to get them to close all the way so the locks will close on the back side of the tracks. Overall, if it last me for 5 years or more I will be happy.

The awning arrived in a few days. It was very easy to install and it looks great. The awning material is a lighter Guage than I've had with previous rv. I definitely would but it again and recommend it to other rv owners

Price was good quality of material was better than expected an installation was easy with the detailed instructions

I received the awning quickly in 2 separate deliveries. Due to our weather, I have not installed it as of yet. I will add a review once installed.
